Fraudsters can use calls, texts, emails and social media to trick you into handing over money or personal information.

Stop- Don't feel pressured to act imediately.

Check - Be cautious of unexpected messages, links or requests for money.

Verify-  Contact the organisation directly using a trusted phone number or official websites.

x Never share your PIN, password or one- time securtiy codes.

x Never transfer money because someone tells you it is needed to keep your account “safe”

x Don't click on links or download attachments if you unsure where they came from.

If something doesn't feel right, stop and check before you act.
